MR Properties Empire Ltd (“we”, “us”) is a data controller registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO reference: ZC053710). We are committed to protecting the privacy of the personal data you share with us.

What data we collect

When you submit an enquiry through this website, we collect: your name; your email address; optionally your phone number; the content of your message; the page or Listing you enquired about. When you contact us by email or phone, we collect whatever you choose to share.

Why we collect it (lawful basis)

Our lawful basis under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f) is legitimate interests — specifically, responding to an enquiry you have initiated. If your enquiry develops into a tenancy application, our lawful basis becomes Article 6(1)(b) contract for the duration of the application process.

Who sees it

Only the two directors of MR Properties Empire Ltd (Majed & Rauf). We use the following data processors:

• Sanity.io (content hosting — Listings, not enquiries)
• Netlify Forms (form submission storage and email notification)
• Cloudflare Email Routing (email forwarding to our personal Gmail inbox)
• Google LLC (the receiving Gmail account)
• Resend or equivalent (outbound mail)

We do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for 12 months from your last contact with us. After that, we delete it unless you have become a tenant or a portfolio counterparty (in which case retention is governed by HMRC and AML record-keeping requirements — generally 6 years).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict our processing, object to our processing, and complain to the ICO. To exercise any of these, email hello@mrpe.co.uk.
