  • Anything that stacks up - from a single flat to a whole portfolio, across central & eastern Scotland. HMOs, family lets, and short-term-let conversions all considered. If the numbers work, we're interested.

  • No. We take on tenancies in situ - your existing tenants keep their tenancy agreement and just have a new landlord. We'll write to them once we've exchanged so they know what's changing.

  • Once we've agreed terms, a typical completion takes 4-6 weeks - driven mostly by your solicitor and ours. We don't have a chain, and we don't need a mortgage, so the bottleneck is paperwork rather than finance.

  • Yes - a Scottish-qualified solicitor handles the conveyancing on both sides. We can recommend ones we've worked with if helpful, but you're free to use your own.

  • Yes we take on kind of property. We've taken on flats that needed full rewires, kitchens, and bathrooms. Price reflects the work - but we'd rather do the refurb ourselves than have you pay for it twice (once in the work, once in agent's fees).
