Viewings, references, deposits, repairs - everything we get asked before someone signs. If your question isn't here, message us about a specific listing and we'll add it.

One month's rent, held in SafeDeposits Scotland - an approved Scottish deposit scheme. You'll get a deposit certificate within 30 days of the start of your tenancy.

Pet policy is set per flat - check the listing's 'Pets considered' line. We're generally open to a well-behaved dog or cat in a flat that suits, but some buildings have factor restrictions we can't override.

Sometimes - it depends on whether the previous tenant has left and the flat has been turned around. Ask us when you enquire and we'll be straight with you.

It varies by flat. Each listing has a 'Bills included' line that spells out exactly what's covered. Where nothing's included, you set up your own accounts with the suppliers of your choice.

We aim to reply to every tenant enquiry within one working day. If you've sent us a message and not heard back in 48 hours, please nudge us - sometimes things slip through.
